今更ながら、Windows XP 64 EditionでMSNメッセンジャー, Liveメッセンジャーが使用できない事が判明。
Windows Live Messenger 8.1なら使用できる。

契約サーバーのＩＰアドレスをスパムハウスで調査を行う
仮契約期間中にMSN,LIVE,HOTMAIL関連、Yahoo関連のフリーメールにメールを行い、IP排除が行われていないか調査する。
CORESERVER（XREAを含め）の多くのＩＰはブラックリストやスパムフィルタリストに登録されている場合が多い。
