Google Map と Google Maps APIの商利用

・Google マップのサービスには、Googleが、第三者が著作権を有するデータベースを編集した企業情報データが含まれています。かかるデータを許可なく使用した場合には、それらの第三者および Google に帰属する著作権の侵害となるおそれがあり、
また、商業目的での利用は固く禁止されています。ユーザーが企業情報データを取り出すことはできません。
・本コンテンツを含む Google マップは、いかなる形態であっても、商用目的での利用、複製及び配布を行うことは出来ません。

・Can I use the Google Maps API on a commercial website?
If your site meets any of the following criteria you must use Google Maps API Premier:
・Your site is only available to paying customers
・Your site is only accessible within your company or on your intranet
APIは有料サイトやイントラ（ローカル）環境でなければ問題ない。
